Kim Balla

With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, both as a restaurant owner, and in hotel management, Kim knows a thing or two about customer service. Never one to say no to adventure, Kim left her home state of Georgia after attending Georgia Tech and headed West. She raised her two daughters in the beautiful coastal town of Carmel before moving to Texas with her husband, William, and her two girls. Being a southern girl at heart, Kim feels right at home here in Texas. She decided to put her years of customer service management to use in a whole new arena. Just like working in a hotel, buying and selling a home is not something that takes place between 9 and 5. Kim has the flexibility and the attention to detail, that are necessary to make your real estate transaction seamless. When not helping clients sell or buy homes, you will likely find her in the kitchen pursuing her other passion, cooking! Kim and her husband William love to sail, play golf, and walk their three crazy rescue dogs.
